Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help! Here’s our cancellation policy for orders placed at our baking essentials store:

  1. Order Cancellation (Before Shipping):
    • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
    • To cancel, please email or call us with your order details.
  2. Order Cancellation (After Shipping):
    • Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. However, you may be eligible for a return once you receive the item (see our Return Policy for more details).
  3. Custom or Pre-Order Items:
    • Orders for custom-made or pre-order items cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they are specially prepared for you.
  4. Refunds for Canceled Orders:
    • If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
